Fees
Registration fee of £800 including VAT / €1,150 including VAT / USD $1,650 including VAT
is payable in advance and includes lunch, reception, refreshments and course materials on CD. Companies
booking two or more delegates may take a discount of 15%. Additional copies of the course materials are

available.

Cancellations: The deadline for cancellations is 09.00, 1 June 2008. A refund, less an administration charge of
£95, will be given. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitution of delegates may be made at any time
